One hour Reiki session

One hour reiki session in person or zoom. You can lie down in the comfort of your own home and light some candles in a quiet space. I will send the Reiki to you using a distant healing technique.
Indian head massage

Indian head massage is also know as champissage. It is an alternative medicine massage. It may relieve aches, pains and tension in your neck, back and shoulders. An Indian head massage stimulates the flow of blood. lymph and oxygen in your upper body, and therefore may clear your sinuses, relieve stress and help you sleep better. Please wear a vest top for your session. Due to COVID restrictions I’m unable to offer this service.
EFT/TFT session
During the sessions I will ask questions and have you talk about aspects of events, but EFT is not a talk therapy. My focus is to get you tapping so you can achieve your goal. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT is a practical self-help method that involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body's acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine.
